2018: Established HSC Agritech Joint Stock Company (same shareholders) Business: Importing - distributing - transferring production technology for sustainable agriculture

2019: Established MDP Joint Stock Company (same shareholders) Business: Distribution of Authorized Japanese Consumer Products

Q2/2019: Increased chartered capital to VND18 billion, expanded import and distribution business of mother and baby products from Japan to Vietnam

2020: Establishment of Genki Fami Vietnam Joint Stock Company (same shareholder) Business: Importing and distributing Genki Fami functional food products.

Q2.2021: Increased chartered capital to VND23.183 billion, expanded business of exporting agricultural products and Vietnamese consumer goods.
